[WATCH]NUMSA & RETUSA Speak Out on Workers Protest Against Retrenchment at BIDVEST
Workers from the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA) have been on strike outside Bidvest South Africa Container Depot in Durban since January 6th, 2025. The strike follows the retrenchment of 106 workers, with the employer citing outsourcing and plans to hire through labour brokers.
